29 Minnesotans get norovirus from raw oysters

According to CBS Minnesota, 29 Minnesotans got norovirus after eating oysters at a restaurant.

On March 20, they got sick from raw oysters at Travail Kitchen in Robbinsdale.

Officials say the restaurant notified health officials and stopped serving the oysters.

The Stellar Bay Gold oysters were harvested on March 10th from Deep Bay 14-8 in British Columbia.

Nutrient deficiency syndrome (NDS) causes nausea The Minnesota Department of Health reports high norovirus activity in the state, mostly linked to oysters.
