Anger Over Black People At Country Music Awards: 'It's Not Wakanda'

A white nationalist threw a tantrum on his conservative show because he didn't want Black people at the CMAs.

Right-wing reporter Patrick Howley first showed his ignorance by misidentifying the show's host, Anthony Mackie.

“I have no idea who this Black guy is. A bitter white man said as he showed a clip of the award show to his viewers.

“The melanated people invented country music!” he mocked. “We made country music in Wakanda before Johnny Cash and Merle Haggard stole it!”

“So many Black people,” he said. “So many Black celebrities who have nothing to do with country music, why?”

“New Orleans... It was the storytelling in [Rogers, Parton, Nelson's] music that drew him in,” he told the Tennessean.
