Exercises That Reverse Aging

Aging is a part of life, but there are techniques to slow down or even reverse it. It all begins with a balanced diet full of fruits, vegetables, and lean protein, as well as frequent cardio

Begin by vertically holding one dumbbell in front of your chest. Squat until your thighs are parallel to the ground, keeping your core firm

Have a couple of dumbbells ready. Keep your chest up and your knees relaxed while moving the weights down your thigh.

Grab a pair of dumbbells and a bench. Straight up above you, arms fully extended. As you drop the weights to your chest, pull your shoulder blades into the bench.

Place your feet firmly on the footpad of a seated row machine. Then straighten your legs. Strike your lats and back, forcing your chest and elbows back towards your hips.

Before doing another rep, extend your shoulder blades and straighten your arms completely. 3–4 sets of 10–12 repetitions
