Grab a pair of dumbbells and a bench. Straight up above you, arms fully extended. As you drop the weights to your chest, pull your shoulder blades into the bench.
Place your feet firmly on the footpad of a seated row machine. Then straighten your legs. Strike your lats and back, forcing your chest and elbows back towards your hips.
Before doing another rep, extend your shoulder blades and straighten your arms completely. 3–4 sets of 10–12 repetitions
