Foods high in water

The easiest method to stay hydrated is to drink plenty of water, especially when the weather warms up.

However, water and water-containing drinks aren't the only method to get your H20, and the other options have their own set of health benefits.

Apples have a lot of water in them, as anyone who has tried to eat an apple gracefully in public and ended up with juices streaming down their chin knows.

They also offer a lot of fiber (3 grams), are a good source of vitamin C (approximately 10% of your daily value), and are low in calories (about 50).

When it comes to vitamin C, did you know that a cup of bell peppers has three times the amount of vitamin C as an orange?

They're also high in antioxidants and contain more than 90% water!
