Future Chinese space missions may look for habitable exoplanets.

The Chinese Academy of Sciences believes searching for habitable exoplanets might be one of many next space missions.

Four of the 13 missions will search for heliophysics effects, while four will examine Earth and other solar system members.

Two Chinese space missions will hunt for habitable exoplanets. The first expedition will explore 100 sun-like stars within 33 light-years of Earth.

China will examine these systems using micro-arcsecond astrometrics. It may indicate neighbouring habitable exoplanets.

ET is another possibility. China said this expedition will hunt for Earth-sized exoplanets with comparable Sun orbits

Unknown are China's future space missions. The country must narrow the 13-item CAS list. The CAS must evaluate each mission based on its criteria. This comprises money and tech needs.
