Harrison Ford, Helen Mirren to appear in '1932' prequel

The "Yellowstone" Dutton family tale will bring Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren to television.

Ford, 79, and Mirren, 76, have been cast in Paramount+'s "1932," Taylor Sheridan's "Yellowstone" genesis tale, according to the studio's press release.

"1883: The Bass Reeves Story," featuring David Oyelowo as the famed wild west lawman, was unveiled by Paramount+ on Wednesday.

In December, "1932" will be available on Paramount+. MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios created "1932" and "1883," but no additional information was provided.
