Oklahoma cheese recall

The cheese was made by the Missouri firm Paris Brothers and distributed to nine different states.

A business has issued a listeria recall on some of its cheese products.
In addition to Oklahoma, the cheese was sold in nine additional states, including Missouri.

There was a list of retailers in the United States where the cheese was found to be tainted issued by the FDA. Several Oklahoma City-area businesses made the cut.

Listeria monocytogenes, a bacteria that may cause severe and often fatal illnesses in small infants, fragile or elderly individuals, and others with compromised immune systems

is the reason for the recall of the cheese items mentioned below by Paris Brothers, Inc. of Kansas City, Missouri.

Listeria may cause miscarriages and stillbirths in pregnant women, despite the fact that healthy persons may have only short-term symptoms such as a high temperature
