Red wine drinkers have less stomach fat

The researchers looked at data from 1,869 white individuals aged 40 to 79 and discovered that those who drank red wine had less visceral fat.
However, certified dietitian Rhiannon Lambert told Insider that there are many factors that might have influenced these results, and alcohol should not be considered a healthy beverage.
"Alcohol has a lot of negative effects."
