On Friday, the Seahawks released four receivers and added two new ones, leaving two spots vacant.
The Seahawks signed Deontez Alexander and Kevin Kassis to shuffle the depth chart at receiver ahead of organised team activities later this month.
Alexander, a former undrafted rookie with the Lions in 2018, spent time with the club but never played in a regular season game.
In two seasons with the Grizzlies, the 6-foot-1, 196-pound wideout caught 114 catches for 2,133 yards and 33 touchdowns.
Alexander joined the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the CFL in 2019 but never played. He also played for the Alphas in the Spring League.
