Should we continue to eat tuna?

Tuna is the most common fish in the American diet, with shrimp being the second most popular seafood. 

Tuna fish may be found in 15 distinct species, according to Wikipedia. Only five, on the other hand, may be classified as real tuna. Thunnus is the genus name for these.

Albacore tuna, one of the lesser tuna species, is bullet-shaped and always on the move. The Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian seas are all known to have them.

Southern bluefin tuna are enormous, fast-swimming torpedo-shaped fish that may be found in open Southern Hemisphere waters of all the world's oceans. 

Tuna bigeye The species, which is long and sleek, is migratory, swimming continuously across long distances.
