Contrary to initial reports, a high school runner who was sucker-punched in the back of the head during a race last weekend may sue.
This week, a video of an ugly fight between two competitors at a Florida high school track meet went viral
That is not true, according to Nathan Carter, the student's lawyer. His client intends to file charges and possibly sue.
“The victim's family wanted to press charges for this vicious attack and assault seen by hundreds,” Carter said.
Carter said the incident could have been avoided if the track meet organisers had done their job.
