The World's Oldest Woman's #1 Drink

Sadly, Kane Tanaka, the Japanese lady who held the Guinness World Record for the oldest surviving person, passed away recently

Tanaka died aged 119 years old following a long life of doing and eating what she loved. After Tanaka's death, the Guinness World Record is held by Sister André, a 118-year-old French nun.

Sister André's life aim, to serve others, has given her a lifelong meaning. In a recent interview from her hospice home , she told reporters that helping others is one of her keys to longevity.

Sister André values both service and enjoyment. One nursing home patient told CNN that André like chocolate and wine, and that she had one glass of wine every day!

Sister André has a lot to teach us, particularly about achieving a good balance. We may have both serving and indulging in life

And it appears to be the key to a longer, more meaningful life.
