Ways to Improve Happiness

Arthur Brooks' weekly piece "How to Build a Life" tackles issues of meaning and happiness. 

Here's some really awful happiness advice based on a lot of research: Make yourself feel valued.

Have a happy marriage. Be a Dane. All of these things are linked to a happy life, depending on how happiness is defined.

 However, they are useless because they are not actionable in any way.
